As CEO, Chris brings a broad portfolio of skills from a career encompassing 14 years as a Royal Marine Commando, including time with the Special Boat Service, 15 years leading International Aid and Development projects, most recently in Haiti, and business experience in both the public and private sectors.

Lead Auditor
With over 50 years of working within the shipping industry Roger has extensive maritime knowledge. He has served in a range of offshore roles before moving ashore to fulfil teaching and consultancy roles. As a qualified lead auditor Roger is focused on ensuring Black Pearl operates in accordance with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code.
